The ONYX25 Recognition & Leadership program is designed to celebrate African-American male undergraduate students across the nation who have proven themselves as role models for their campus and community. In collaboration with our various partners, we are supporting the next generation of leaders to be competitive in the global market.

Qualifications
1. Be an undergraduate student pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree.
2. Identify as a Black male.
3. Be 25 years of age or younger.
4. Have a commitment to personal and professional development and growth.

4. $50 non-refundable application fee.

Fall 2024:
October 1-31: Application Submission
November 1- December 15: Review and Interviews
December 20th: Notification of Selection
Spring 2025:
January 3rd: Phase 1 begins
February 7th: Phase 2 begins
March 21st: Phase 3 begins
May 2nd: Phase 4 begins
June 13th: Phase 5 begins
