Under 25 Recognition & Leadership Program

The ONYX25 Under 25 Recognition & Leadership program is designed to celebrate African-American male undergraduate students across the nation who have proven themselves as role models for their campus and community. In collaboration with our various partners, we are supporting the next generation of leaders to be competitive in the global market.

Application Information

Qualifications

1. Be an undergraduate student pursuing a 4-year degree.

2. Identify as a Black male.

3. Be 25 years of age or younger.

4. Have a commitment to personal and professional development and growth.

Application Materials

1. A completed online application.

2. A copy of your unofficial transcript.

3. An updated resume in PDF format.

4. One (1) letter of recommendation.

5. $25 non-refundable application fee.

Timeline

Fall 2023:

October 1-31: Application Submission

November 1- December 15: Review and Interviews

December 20th: Notification of Selection

Spring 2024:

January 3rd: Phase 1 begins

February 7th: Phase 2 begins

March 21st: Phase 3 begins

May 2nd: Phase 4 begins

June 13th: Phase 5 begins
